Clauses
1) Contact the owner by mail or phone (+33675363205 or +33450784648) in order to know if the apartment is available when you feel like coming.
2) Do not forget to give your name, address, and mail.
3) The owner will send the lease's agreement to you.
4) A non-refundable deposit (which represents 25% of the rental) is required at time of booking. In addition, a refundable security deposit of 500€ is required prior to your holiday starting. This one will be given back at the end of your holidays.
5) The remainder must be paid at the beginning of your holidays, when the owner will give you the keys.
6) Two inventories of fixtures will be done between the landlord and the tenant : the first one on the first saturday, and the second one on the last saturday.
7) An electric-meter reading will be written at the end of your holidays, and the electric consumption will be invoiced.
8) The phone calls to mobile phones or to foreign countries will also be invoiced.
