It is possible to leave the chalet with your snowshoes and to follow the path which crosses from Saint-Nicolas de Veroce to Megeve, by the Communailles and the Bettex. It is the same way as the cross-country ski run.
Prarion's massif is also a beautiful place for walking with snowshoes. It is an undulating landscape with an unrestricted view on the Chamonix's valley
