The day before climbing, we can see the view on the Aiguille du Chardonnet from the refuge Albert 1er
At dawn, we approach at the foot of the Table's ridge by crossing the Tour's glacier
Little break on the glacier while other mountaineers begin to climb the rock face
Behind us you can see the Forbes' ridge of the Aiguille du Chardonnet (already enlightened by the sun)
Below us, the last seracs of the glacier du Tour, and in the background the Buet with a lot of névés
We slowly gain height on the ridge in order to see behind us the Aiguille Verte and the Mont Blanc in the background
Great view on the Tour's glacier which is in the peak's shadow
We have to find the easiest progress in this maze of rock
Great view on the Aiguille d'Argentière, the Chardonnet and the Verte
And just on the right, the Mont Blanc...
Vue over the summit of the Aiguille du Tour from the famous Table
This table is a real balcony above the Mont Blanc massif !
We make out the Albert 1er refuge just below
View over the famous table from the summit of the Aiguille du Tour
Emotional tribute for our teacher from ENSA who died one year later in mountain
From the summit, the view over the massif
Greg (my mountain guide) and me at the summit
From the refuge Albert 1er, just have a last look on the summit (we can make out the table on the right below the summit)
