- The Grattague's residence is located at an altitude of 1300m d'altitude on the hills above Saint Gervais, near the locality named "Le Bettex". There is an unrestricted view over the Mont-Blanc.
- Only 2 kilometers enable you to get to the pistes of Saint-Gervais' downhill station, but you can leave your car in front of the apartment. Indded a skibus shuttle comes every 15 minutes and drops you at the skilifts. At the end of the afernoon, you can ski down to the chalet without taking the shuttle, by going on after the piste of the Communailles.
- Saint-Gervais' town center is located 7km below the apartment. You can also take the skibus shuttle to get to the town center.
- Two supermarkets "Intermarché" and "SuperU" are in the plain near the motorway
- To make you easier to find the apartment from the motorway (Sortie 21 : St Gervais les B., le Fayet, Passy), the owner will send you a detailed map when you will have booked your week.
